At Binded by Kim, each rebinding and repair service is completed by hand for your individual piece.

Rebinding & repair services
Because rebinding and repair work is personalised and completed specifically for your piece, change-of-mind returns or refunds are not available once work has commenced.

If there is a problem with the workmanship or service you receive, please contact Binded by Kim so I can work with you to put it right.

Physical products
If an item purchased from Binded by Kim arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed towards Binded by Kim products and services. Any remaining balance may be used towards another purchase within the original validity period.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable, except where required under New Zealand consumer law.

Return postage
Please contact Binded by Kim before returning an item. Return postage arrangements will depend on the reason for the return.

New Zealand consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable consumer law.
