How long will it take?
Most rebinds are completed within 1–3 days of receiving your piece.

Can I send my piece from anywhere in NZ?
Absolutely. I accept pieces from throughout New Zealand.

What if I'm not sure which service I need?
No problem. Get in touch and I can help you decide whether your piece needs a Repair, Classic or Design rebind.

Can I choose my cord colour?
Yes. You'll choose your preferred cord colour and finish when placing your order.

What if my piece is unusual or badly damaged?
Send me a photo before ordering and I'll let you know what I can do.

Is there any risk to my piece during rebinding?
While rare, natural stone can contain existing or unseen fractures. Rebinding requires some pressure to be applied to the piece, which means there is a small risk of breakage. The utmost care is taken when working with every piece; however, should damage occur, I will contact you and return the piece to you. By proceeding with a rebind, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
